一、禁运国

Balkans（巴尔干地区），Belarus（白俄罗斯），Burma(Myanmar)（缅甸），Ivory Coast（科特迪瓦（象牙海岸）），Cuba（古巴），Democratic Republic of the Congo（刚果民主共和国），Iran（伊朗），Iraq（伊拉克），Lebanon（黎巴嫩），Liberia（利比里亚），Libya（利比亚），North Korea（北朝鲜），Somalia（索马里），Sudan（苏丹），Syria（叙利亚）。

以上禁运国清单可能会按美国的政策随时更新。如果由于贸易或经济制裁或其他类似法律禁止我们、我们的母公司或最终控股公司提供本保险的承保范围，在禁止范围内本保险即不适用。

 

二、每笔限额 Limit of Liability per conveyance

每一认可的运载工具装载被保货物的价值或对任一地点由同一原因发生或一系列事故的价值不得超过美金300,000。

US$300,000 by any one approved steamer &/or airline &/or post &/or truck &/or train &/or connecting conveyance &/or in any one Locality in respect of any one accident or series of accidents arising out of the same event.

 

三、免赔额 Excess

针对易碎品，每次货损免赔额为保险金额的0.5%。

0.5% of sum insured for each and every loss,applicable to fragile products.

 

四、重要提醒 IMPORTANCE

1、请提供投保信息的中英文。

Both English and Chinese should be needed.

2、包括任何转运。

Transshipment,if any,is included.

3、本保单不予承保船龄超过30年的老船。

Overage vessel,over 30 years old,should not be covered.

4、被保险人保证在过去3年内总货损金额不超过美金1,500。

The total loss amount should be less than US$1,500 over the past 3 years.

5、任何超出上述范围的运输是不被承保的，除非启运前征得保险公司的同意。

Shipments other than the above conditions should not be covered,unless be agreed by Insurer prior to shipment.

6、本保单不承保内陆运输货运公司或物流公司。

Inland Carrier should not be covered.

保证被保货物必须经专业化包装并由专业承运人负责运输

Warranted the insured goods should be professionally packed and carried by professional carriers whom assume liabilities for loss of or damage to the goods whilst under their care,custody and control

保证被保货物在海运途中必须用集装箱装运

Under sea shipment circumstance,warranted the insured goods should be in container loaded

保证被保险货物在卡车上必须安全捆扎固定并用有效防水雨布遮盖用绳索有效捆扎适于长途运输

Warranted that the insured goods should be securely stowed inside the truck with water proof cover and sufficient lashing to withstand long distance transit

保证任何偷窃、抢劫的索赔必须提供警方报告

Warranted any theft,burglary or robbery claim should be supported by police reports

保险标的和/或运输工具无人照看时造成的货损或灭失除外

Excluding any loss &/or damage to the insured goods while the carrying conveyance &/or insured goods are left unattended

If your company is a freight forwarder or logistic company,below 3 wordings should be incorporated:

本保单基于上述投保人已获得被保险人的授权代为安排保险/支付保费/收取保费发票

This policy is subject to the authorization from the Assured/Insured that the freight forwarder is allowed to arrange cargoins urance,pay premium,collect  premium invoice on behalf of the Assured/Insured.

仅依据被保险人的通知进行理赔和赔付

Settlement of claims and payment of indemnity subject only to the notice of the Assured/Insured.

发票抬头不改变本保单下的被保险人,也不影响被保险人因保险事故遭受损失而提请理赔的权利

Title of the invoices shall neither alter the Assured/Insured under this policy nor impact Assured/Insured’s right to claim the indemnity for any losses arising from the insured risks.
